Default Best flat panel TV on a budget

Just bought a Panasonic Viera backlit LED 3D tv which, I have to say, with an HD feed produces absolutely stunning picture quality.

Looking for another TV, say around the £300/350 mark (or cheaper) with

32 inch screen
Freesat ready (ideally)
Decent picture quality

And that's it basically

Thoughts and suggestions please
