Looks like he may have broken his left leg again :-(

Doing a run through on a dirt bike for the show at the Excel in London. Apparently an eye witness said that he didn't fall but seemed to just twist his leg.

Currently at the Coventry hospital seeing the surgeon who carried out the 16 surgeries he's already had to that leg!

Fingers crossed it's not too serious!

Yes, they wanted to remove it last year.

It is broken but the latest break is away from all the previous damage. Apparently they fitted external fixators last night.

 

Fingers crossed for him then.

Glad the damage is away from the previous lot. But have to say, I'd be rather worried about my career if I was a bike racer and broke my wek leg again, sufficient to need another cage, just by twisting my leg.

Hope I am being over pessimistic.
