I miss "The Flash"
I do like my iPhone, but I do hate the fact that it just will not support flash out of the box. So many websites use it, and I don't see why the world should have to change to keep apple happy.
Maybe, just maybe, now that Steve is no longer here there can hopefully be a change in policy................but I won't be holding my breath.

Don't hold your breath. Flash is all but dead, even Adobe admit it. Can't say that I've seen a page that required flash for quite some time, not that there aren't any, I just don't see them. It's all about apps for me, been a while since I've read directly from a web page even.

No chance as Microsoft have put the boot in now as well.
Of course all this it's bad for battery power and security issues stuff is just a smokescreen as in 2016 the companies that own the patent on the suggested replacement for Flash video i.e. H264 are intending to start charging for its use.... oh and they just happen to include Apple and Microsoft

Being serious for a while - hard I know - I did used to see the Flash missing message sometimes, it's almost never now, even on here they've managed to use something else for advertising.
On my Desktop and Laptop I have ClicktoPlugin and seldom see that either.
