You lost it in the first leg and missed a couple of sitters near the end of the game. Bayer are certainly no push-over and will probably go on to win the cup.

Refereeing was pretty poor though.

We were beaten by a better team over two legs, simple as that. Too many of our players under-performed - Giggs in both legs, Seba last week I'm not sure the result would have been any different if Beckham had been playing. There were times last night when they were passing us off the park and we couldn't get the ball. Still, we are consistently (more than any other team) getting to the latter stages of the Champions League - we just need to win it
If I remember correctly () the last season we won nowt (and **** won the Double) we won quite a lot the next season Here's hoping. Oh, and I'll be supporting the shirts no matter what and hoping that MY team win things rather than delighting in other team's failures. Ho hum!
