Does anyone know anything about NEST (natoinal employment savings trust)

Its a government backed pension scheme for employers. More specifically its run on a non profit basis so has low charges. I think the annual management fee is 0.3%.
My employer has a pension run by the Pru, with higher charges (and no employer contributions).
Anyone involved, or know anything about it.
