Does anyone know of any decent Tilers in S.London
#1
I've being trying to get a couple of recommended builders/tilers to come round and tile my bathroom (though to no avail). I've chosen some nice tiles and because they'll cost a few pounds, I don't fancy trying to tackle the job myself.
Your help is appreciated!!!

Sure you don't fancy doing it yourself? You can get these tile cutter circular saw thingies for 40 quid now, and with a bit of preparation and patience you can get a very, very good looking result...

Have a go at the tiling. London builders cost a fortune!! (I used to work for one during a uni. holiday)
You can get everything you need reasonably cheaply from DIY shops now - the diamond wheel slidy tile cutters are less than £10 and work quite well, and a cheap hand tile saw (£5ish) will do the more awkward bits.
I would steer clear of "combined adhesive & grout". It's hopeless!!
Just a question of time I guess...

I'll have loads of time soon. I've got 6months 'gardening leave' to come along with redundancy! (Happy Days)
Looks like it's a call to my mate then to play labourer for me!

Do yourself a favour and buy an electric diamond wheel tile cutter from your local DIY place £40, if you can wait a little while you can maybe buy mine cheap.... i've nearly finished...
