Default scammed by sonicvr6

About a month or so ago I sent a whopping ten sterling to this scumbag for a type r ic spray button.

fed me some **** about his woman being preggo and not having a chance to post, etc.

still am empty handed. I saw his account say under investigation, and searched out some other threads in which others had been taken.

I don't know how you do things across the pond, but over here he'd be in intensive care.

cheers

Alas you're not the only one. There's a massive thread somewhere on here started by Shaid on the subject.

I paid with paypal but postage here is up to 20 days in some cases. I am not sure if the 45 day period is over with. I don't care about a measly 10, I just want this ****head gone from here.

I know it's not the point but you should start a dispute with paypal to get your money back. He won't be doing anymore business on here for a while.

No over here you create a thread threatening to get all medieval on his *** and then finally to really teach him a lesson you find someone else selling what you have already paid for and buy it from them .... that'll do the trick... he won't do that again in a hurry I can tell you

I may have a spare switch. Your welcome to it for the cost of postage. Too many scammers this past while!

There was a lot said on the other thread but at the end of the day it would be nice to know if Shaid got something back. I know there was a possible resolution about Shaid getting a 4x4 off him as payment but dont know if it ever happened.

It would be crazy to think that a community of this size could let someone get away with a scam with the amount of publicity it got.

All of a sudden he stopped communicating (again), just another time wasting plea really.

However he did say he 'feels' for me after my replacement engine went pop. Irony eh.

Anyway plod are in touch and are doing something about it or so i'm led to believe.

I would like to add the support i have had from various members who i don't 'really' even know that well has been superb. I did come to a point where i was pleading for people to let plod deal with it and not go crazy gung ho.

Funny how it goes sometimes! He was one of the people causing problems on the Red Plough thread ages ago, but seemed much better than some of the others causing problems. Who ironically have turned out to be better scoobynet members than this guy!

Guess everything comes out in the wash eventually.
