As above. Been trying to sell my flat for months now. Few viewing but no offers.

Anyway, I received a letter from a company called `Move Makers` saying they buy properties.

Now, I'm not stupid, I know their offer will be stupidly low. Just wondered if anyone has had a valuation done by them, and how far off the asking price they were.

I have a figure in mind, that if they made it, I'd probably take it, as I'm really wanting a house now.

Best just to get them to give you a price, see what they say there are a lot of similar companies around though

 

Expect to be offered 30% below what your after.
