Default The Fighter

Isn't this just the best film? Christian Bale is amazing as the bozo brother, in fact there isn't a weak part in the film.
I watched it in Afghanistan but plan to watch it in a mo again.

Just finished watching it for the 1st time. Excellent film, quite a deep, gritty drama.

Was nice to see the real people in the credits at the end. Class.

Brilliant movie, you should check out the real Micky Ward, one of THE best fights I have seen in a long time, true grit:

Was a good film, not a great one. The boxers story is nothing compared to modern-day boxers, it was a little lost in who was the main actor and it lacked any real boxing action or suspense.

I was glad I watched it but thought it could be better... The middle like most films let it down...

American pie reunion.. That's gonna be a gooden!

Not seen The fighter yet but I watched Warrior the other day, which wasn't a bad film.

Kind of a modern day rocky but UFC instead of boxing

Very good film. Bale awesome, Wahlberg played himself (again), Melissa Leo was infuriatingly brilliant. Like Rocky with an IQ. Good soundtrack, too. Thanks for the heads-up!

The montages were clichéd, but otherwise agree. I knew it would be good when the opening credits showed Darren Aronofsky was the Executive Producer.
