Default Kids firing fireworks at cars

Driving up the motorway tonight and saw 2 youths on the verge firing fireworks (rockets) at the car some way in front. The car swerved, but then carried on. I called the police who said they were on their way to it already following earlier reports.

What is the matter with these bell ends that they think this is a good idea for a bit of fun?

Fireworks shouldn't be on sale to the general public anyway and this is just another reason why. As for the idiots doing this they just need locking up and key being thrown away to be honest.

We used to **** about as kids with fireworks - late night bangers etc. etc. but this is a whole new level.
With the more years that pass, the worse that youths seem to get.

Just went thru a second nite off watching my poor 4 year old border collie bitch in a right state thru the sound off fireworks going off locally, thankfully the fireworks have almost all but died out here for now but no doubt a few will sound later on as the pubs empty out !!

strange last dog - a lab / collie x never bothered about fireworks , infact often remember taking her out for her nightly walks on or around NOV 5th as usual and as I say she never bothered one bit, this one is very, very unsettled and would never take her out at night knowing there were fireworks going off, she is bad enough hearing them from inside the house and thats with the TV turned up extra loud !!

Seeing as my comment was observational and I didn't say 'Just seen on the news that kids pulling a similar stunt with fireworks maybe involved in the M5 crash' what's with the rollyeyes?

About time the sale of fireworks to the general public was stopped. Too many idiots out there. Shame for all the responsible people but in this case and given the injuries that occur each and every year it seems to be the way to go.

My mum and her partner had a firework night party at her house last night.
All guests were asked to bring some fireworks.

EVERYONE DID! We had a mini arsenal in the garage!

We had to stop after an hour as people were getting hungry!

Personally, I don't see the point and I would not be disappointed if the sale of fireworks to the general public was banned.

mini arsenal

Some have been saying for a few years now fireworks should be banned.I think its more your display/event type rockets etc that people are getting hold of that's causing a problem,it sounds like back yards have turned into a war zone

Oh and someone near me was lighting off rockets at 6am this morning.
