I think a lesson needs to be learnt over the persecution of the land lord, the press hounded him and had already decided upon his guilt.

I hope this verdict brings the family some sense of closure and allows them to attempt to rebuild their lives. Can't imagine how they can though

sorry to clarify. The prosecution were not allowed to present his searching out violent **** to the jury during the trial. The judge mentioned it after the verdict.
