Default Sony Bravia and hdp 850g power center problems

I was at work yesterday evening when I get a call from the wife.

She said the TV had switched itself off and would not switch back on?

I advise the simple things like turn off give it a while and turn back on etc. But not being there was hard to know what was wrong.

Anyway, I have looked this morning and the Sony Bravia TV (Model:4EX403) has the red LED lit and flashing seven times. It will not fire up.

At this point I noticed that the DVD/Home Cinema and Nintendo Wii plugged in to my HDP 850G Power Centre were not switching on also and had no LED's on?

So, I took the TV plug and placed it into the mains and tried again. It started to turn on as the "SONY" screen came on along with the GREEN LED light then switched straight back off and went in to the seven flashing motion again.

I also plugged in the DVD/Home Cinema and Nintendo Wii direct in to the wall socket and they now work.

So, has my TV blown the top row of the HDP 850G Power Centre as well? Is this possible?

I've called SONY just now for a better understanding but that was a waste of time. All they did was say . "We will book you a call and they will tell you how many earnings it will cost" ?

Please help me , anyone.
