Buying a laser (diode?).

My new (second hand) chopsaw HAD a laser on it. It doesn't work, despite me fitting new batteries.

Is it possible to buy a new laser? It just seems to run off 3V.

LOL, I thought so too, today, when I was turning the height of a bolt head from 18mm down to 9mm.

Will be worth it in the end
