Bristol Airport
Anyone familiar with Bristol Airport? I'm not!
I've just got a ticket from that nice Mr Ryan for a short trip, Friday -> Monday in a few weeks.
I guess airports are airports but any tips on parking, for example, that avoid a long trek to terminal? Any local volcanoes
Anything else I should know?
Thanks, David

I seem to remember a few runway excursions a couple of years back, due to some poorly handled runway resurfacing works.
Still, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Bristol airport is ok, smalll, but its ok. Get on-site car parking dude, dont let the ******* drive your car away to park in a field. On-site, means you get to take your keys with you.

Your comment reminded me of an old work colleague's experience when he flew into Kano (northern Nigeria) airport.
They spent quite a time circling above when the pilot announced "Apologies for the delay ladies and gentlemen but the plane that just landed crashed and we need to wait while they clear the runway"
