i have never tried them personally but they get rave reviews for healing all sorts of runners aches and pains... allows you to run naturally etc

only £20 or so more than a decent pair of Nike running shoes

It didn't list going to the pub as 'what is it best for'

Likewise for crampons.

Saw a guy in boozer a few weeks ago looked daft

But for a proper runner they are good

I remember when nike air rifts came out, and everyone thought they looked weird.. Im sure in time we will all be wearing them..... or not

Surely they would make running harder as your toes would be spread out to fit them in?

cant tell you how much i disagree! i can just imagine someone walking into a pub near me, bit of swagger, new trainees, and saying they are good for running....pmsfl

I saw that bald prat off the Gadget Show a few months ago, and he was walking around in some - looked very odd (well, the fact that he was in a tux didn't help).
