I'd like to know too as I got mixed responses when I researched it, I'm probably going for Turkish Lira. Also worth noting that I've been told you need £10 for your entry visa, and if you need a £10 note per visa, if you give them a £20 note you get no change and one visa.

Turkish lira
Depending on if its your thing I would recommend doing the parsending off the mountain, such a rush its unreal!! costs about 60 quid but worth every penny, they even let you take your own pics/ film on the decent but offer you their pro stuff at the end.
if you smoke an wanna take some home dalaman airport does 200 for about £18-22!! It will cost you about £20-25 for a maccy d's or KFC meal though!!!! (in the airport, normal price elsewhere.
also don't forget your bartering skills, they love a good barter

Oludeniz lovely place. Got married there .
Best advice I can give. Take English and transfer it over there! A lot better rates.
We even payed for a few bits to traders with £.
