I know of someone who cut off thier foreskin with a pair of snips.
Some kind of bet from what I was told by those who were there. Of course it didn't look too bad apparently when he had it in his hand - like a slice or papercut. It was only when he let go and it all stretched and started to bleed - pretty much to death.
Had to have it stitched back together. Don't believe it to be BS.
