Foooooook me! that was really well held

Check out this view of it, the co driver is TOTALLY unaffected by the near wipe out moment at 54 seconds in, his expression does not change at all until 1.09 when he seems to spring to life with a smile

I've had some 'real' moments in all my years of driving but I'll happily admit that I wouldn't have had the speed of thought, skill or touch to hold that

Christ! A full turn (and maybe a half) both ways on the steering wheel (with a quick rack) in 6th gear.

Incredible.

Damn that 2nd vid puts it more into perspective. Amazing they race at the speed through residential roads. Quite a lot of brickwork to be hitting )

What a driver, that would have been messy had it clipped one of the kerbs

Higgins was always a good driver in the British rally championship.

Interesting how he dips the clutch as well, i know its a technique for firemen and advanced police, just wasn't sure if it was the same with 4 wheel drive, never quite managed to get myself into a tank slapper in a car on a relatively straight road, it's normally in a bend and i just keep my foot on the gas.

good vid and nice to know it works at high speed.

Very nice wheel work too.

Respect for his presence of mind.

A bit like Carlos Sainz, when that tractor came out onto the stage nearly on top of him

Certainly more skill than luck as shown by this awsome bit of 'mistake' correction...
