That just a timber framed house so you would then need trades me to complete and supply the whole interior, the roof tiles are not included so you would then need to pay for that also that white cladding on the exterior would be an extra as that picture is purely to sell the frame.
A timber framed house is usually a waterproof shell that needs all the work done that I have mentioned above They are a good idea though as you have a workable property in a very short time. I would go fot a brick exterior if I bought a timber framed house.

Yes,I agree.......................but .what price is a 5 bed Huf house,3 en-suite?
I hope your being ironic as the op was commenting on how cheap you can get a basic shell for.Even with the very best quality finish the Trovit House would probably be considerably cheaper.
Huf are the Rolls-Royce of pre-built homes with the associated cost.

Huf Haus are very expensive as said above.
Timber frame houses generally are more expensive to build than Brick, although costs can be saved due to the faster process.
One day, I want a Huf Haus though

The only spanner in the works was the one area that relied on British trades. Pouring the Concrete into the foundations. They nearly fcuked it up good and proper

Saw the Huf House being built on Grand Designs. Every aspect of it went perfectly well, and was built in record time. German design and efficiency.
