Default Need a Draughtsman/Architect

Hi all,

Very simple. Just need some plans drawn up, for Planning Dept approval. Plans will need to be of an existing property only (no extentions) with the need to annotate for proposed usage.

Am happy to give the business to a fellow SNetter. Quick job I reckon, but needs to be done in the next week or two, if poss. West London based.

Thanks

Asif

The upper windows need to be deeper as they need to be a minimum size to meet fire regulations. And the front door needs to be wider to allow wheelchair access. Both of the above will fail Building Regs, but you should get planning approval with this as the use of crayon blends in nicely with the landscape.
