Help required please:

I have a domain name angeldeelite.com hosted with businessserve.co.uk

I signed up with hostonce.com because they offered a better hosting package for less money.

Now to transfer my domain to hostonce.com businessserve.co.uk are trying to charge me £45.83.

I thought I owned my own domain, are they allowed to charge this?

Any ideas?

Yes they can. Freenetname do this, you can have your free .co.uk domain worth £10 for two years but when you want to transfer it they charge about £95.

Some will charge a small admin fee which is kinda fair enough but some don't.
