What's the problem?
I suffer with raynards 'phenomena' (disease) whatever you want to call it!
It doesn't usually bother me, and I have never taken it seriously, until I saw a woman who was missing the tips of her fingers because it was such a bad case! Yuk!!
Just go and see your gp.

I also have Raynard's Syndrome. It kicked off for me in the winter of 2008. To begin with, it was wrongly guessed by a physiotherapist as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, but a neurologist consultant finally put a right label to it. I have very difficult times in winter with this. My hands turn blue as soon as they come into the contact with cold air. Very painful and uncomfortable indeed. I just have to stick my hands into hot water to bring them back to life. Doc wouldn't give me any pills for it.
OP, get your blood circulation prob checked out before you start filling yourself with any pills, herbal or non-herbal.

I have the same thing, i thought it was down to me being a fat tw$t. I often get pins and needles cycling, carrying stuff. And i was playing with my dog with a stick, and i placed my finger where i shouldn't have, he bit my finger and now half of it is totally numb. If i were a horse they would have put me down by now. LOL

Press your fingernail till it goes white and see how long it takes to turn pink. Normally less than 2 seconds, upper limit is 3 seconts (capillary refill time).............or just go and see our Doc

Silly thing to try to guess at the cause of the problem and to try to prescribe a remedy for something you don't undertsand.
Your doctor is very well paid to examine you and to give an educated answer to the reasons and also the correct plan of action to counter it.

LOL
Physiotherapist thought that it was because of my repetitive theatre work with heavy figures and props. My neck and my arms used to hurt a lot during and afterwards. I religiously massaged my hands with a tri-oilic aromatherapy combination before the performance, which certainly helped. I can't keep massaging my hands all the time, though. So, I just dip them into hot water to bring them back to normal.
I don't know why people get Raynard's Syndrome. I know what triggers the symptoms for me i.e. cold air or anything cold that my hand come in contact with.
You say that you cycle, you carry stuff, and you have a dog to play with. You can't be a fat tw@t, no way. Anyway, has the dog gone mad after biting you? LOL only joking.
