Bristol / Bath
I was thinking about have a 2 night break over Easter in bath till I saw the price of the hotels.
I have found a hotel in Bristol next to the caboot shopping centre or what ever the name is. I was thinking about using that as a base and having one day in bath and one in Bristol.
Can someone let me know if that hotel is in a good place?
Will one day be enough is there anywhere I should try and visit.
Thanks for the help

I can see the attraction in Bath, very pretty town, but EVERYTHING is a SPA or the like and costs a fortune....but Bristol???......why?....been there several times...best i could label it as is a **** hole...nothing to see imo....try staying in Cheltenham, nice town, reasonable prices...

Hi Vallum
I'm a Bristol lass used to live between Bath and Bristol, ermmmm....Spec respect your opinion but not all of Bristol is a sh1thole.
If you tell me the nname of the hotel, I'll let you know but to be honest around Cabot shopping centre is all built up and if it is the hotel I'm thinking it may be, the rooms are nice but it is right on top of the shopping centre and right in the centre of town.
If it's really Bath you are looking to visit, have a look at the hotels in Keynsham or Saltford as this is not far outside of Bath and slightly smaller villages.
Let me know if you need to ask anything, glad to help.
