I think it means 179.9 Million for Gatso's and safety camera vans and 100,000 for extra police officers, on the beat preventing car jackings, muggings and burglary

I think the removal of the NI Ceiling applies to EMPLOYERS, not employees.

Mind you could be completley wrong....

have checked everywhere and nothing mentions employees- i cant belive this has happened and not been reported- this am it was the thing everyone was talking about so im sure they'd mention it if it happened.
