They are indeed Leslie. Went and had a personal tour of his palace II once. I say Mk II because he built another palace big enough to sleep 500 people but never used it

We were told that he built the second palace for his wife, whatever it was, as you say, it was a sinful waste of cash.
Apparently his father tried to persuade the Brit government to use our military to destroy those villages on stilts. It was refused though. I heard that he took good care of the people though.
