Default No stick frying pans

That was definitely ,definitely the last time for this this particular fry pan , into the bin with you

Is there actually any difference between a 6 quid and a 36 quid non stick pan ?

I mean teflon is teflon , right ?

LOL, let's not start again

On the subject of cheap frying pans I have seen the non stick coating peel off the cheap onces after a short time, but at £6 if it lasts year or two who cares.

Having said that by far the biggest difference I have found is to get a frying pan that has a thick heavy bottom (no I am not starting the jokes again ). It retains the heat and spreads it more evenly and seems to cook better because of this.

Ikea have a non-stick 24cm frying pan for £1.01 - even alcazar can't complain at that price.

Yes, it makes a difference, Dunx. No need to Teflon it, though. I bought mine for 15 squids at Tesco about 2 years ago. It's still going strong. When the base of your pan falls off, wear it round your neck, and start a new fashion in Brighton. Pan handle will suspend down due to the gravity, solving the purpose for the tie. Then post your picture here with that on, unlike that alcazar geezer; the boring get Have a think, anyway.
