Default Where are my Trainers ???

Just wondering if anybody else has very poor service from a company who supply sports wear ,eg trainers ,shorts ,running gear etc .

Wont name them other than to say they are based in Bradford ,West Yorkshire and it starts with Sports*****.com .

Anyway ordered them on 13th Jan ,they were supposedly dispached on the 15th Jan and I paid for 2-5 days delivery .So taking out the weekend I should have had them by the end of last week at the latest .Still no sign of them .Everytime I phone up they say they will try and contact the courier to track them down ,but still with no say on when I will get them .Its now 11 days later and Im getting a little miffed by this ,having practically been hanging round the house last Thurs/Fri waiting for the delivery .

Speaking with a mate ,I asked if he had ever used them and he said yes and the same happened with him .!!!!
Anybody else got this crap service from them .??
I certainly wont use them again .

I`ve used them several times, in fact I had a pair of Sauconys from them just prior to Christmas.

I`ve never had a problem with delivery but I`ve only used the standard delivery.

I was going to ask what brand you bought, as they are one of our customers. Saucony look nice, but not as good as ours.

I suppose any type of delivery company will have these issues, it's how they deal with them when they arise that is the key to good service.

What do you supply them with AsifScoob ??

Its ok having issues with a delivery company /courier but if its an ongoing problem and they dont rectify it then they will lose a lot of future custom .Me for One !!

I was just trying to find out if it is a common problem they have .

I'm confused.

Are we on about a chain with lots of stores or the company with a single store?

Same here.

There is one at our local retail park. If you want current styles of trainers/sportswear then I wouldn't go there for anything I had seen recently in the hope of finding it. It's always old stock, only good for a bargain.

I buy things for the children from there from time to time, but going by the attitude of the staff in store, I wouldn't hope for much better customer service on line - very poor.

Well, I don't know what store you think it is..... shhhhh it's a secret.

But if it's the one i'm thinking of it's a bit like a Matalan sale at the best of times.

I wouldn't be to fussed about legal implications, if they really are a waste of space then you are only telling the truth.

I have just spoken to them again after waiting for them to phone me supposedly early this morning .I had to phone them again by the way as they did not bother phoning me .!!
They could not get hold of the courier !!!!
Anyway they said they will be with me tonight or early tomorrow but I dont hold out much hope .
Service like this makes my blood boil .
You have been warned ,dont use these to55ers !!!
Think I will give them some bad feedback on Ebay ,even though I did not go through Ebay .

So why label them as chavwear direct then?

I use them for proper running shoes and gear - something you won't find in high street "sports shops" these days...

Not a lot at the moment, as a quick search on their website revealed. (I do hope we are all talking about the same company here?

We would nomally sell them lot's of running gear and related. Far better quality and spec than that French rubbish too!

I am not aware of any existing specific problems they had delivering goods.
