Default Going to South of France for summer - But

I am going to the S f F for the summer and am considering purchasing a WRX for the duration and then reselling .
I already have ear marked a car in the for sale section.
The fly in the ointment for me will be documentation to take the car out of country .
This is because I am based in Oz , but am residing in Thailand.
I have a Oz drivers licence with me as well as my British and Australian passports ; my British licence is in Australia.
Proof of purchase should not be a problem - as payment will obviously be made prior to hand over of vehicle.
Maybe I am concerned about nothing ?

What's the concern?
You WILL need the V5, (logbook), so don't leave it too late to get it.
You also need your insurance certificate and the MoT if applicable. These last three MUST be with you AT ALL TIMES while driving over there.

Any driving license acceptable in the UK will also be acceptable in France. If necessary, get your UK one sent over, signed for. Again, you MUST have it with you when driving.

DO do a bit of reading about French roads, speed cameras, speeding fines, stop signs, priorite a droite, solid lines etc etc.
Get it wrong and the fines are nasty.
