Default How much do you pay for a haircut?

Our local Barbers has changed hands and gone from eight quid to thirteen fifty, which even though I expected a rise seems expensive so interested in the few Scoobynetters that dont shave their heads and what you pay for a cut.

£6.20. Done by a lass, any one of three, but a gent's hairdressers.
I only have it cut, mind, and it's basically an old fashioned sb&s, although not as short as it WAS when I were a lad..............

It was about £8.50, then the yearly rise + the VAT increase so something like £9.36(?) I just bung them the tenner as always - just their tip is a little smaller.

The Mrs' best friend cuts mine for a fiver. I keep asking her to lower the price as she seems to be cutting less everytime she comes back if you know what I mean

On the plus side, she is fit and likes to muff nudge a lot

It used to cost me £12 for a 12mm cut all over, in the end I bought a set of clippers for £30 and do it my self now.

£6.50. The lass that does it has had a bit of a hard time of life from what I can gather, and something she said once suggested to me that she has been on the batter when she was younger.

She always asks how my daughters and grand daughter are, and is very good at picking up on do I want to natter or not.

And swears like a trooper despite glares from her boss.

£10.

You blokes think you have it bad...

All I want is a trim, and my local hairdressers charge £20 for the priviledge.

Wish I could just cut my own. Think it's best I don't try though.

I've never been shafted at a garage, but then I can't drive.
