Alan Johnson resigns for personal reasons
Just as well really as he was clearly out of his depth.

He sums up a certain segment of Labour that feels you do not need a decent education to do an important job. He was a fricking postman ffs and they have had him as Health mininster and now shadow chancellor!!
I mean I know old Labour likes to think we are all equal but a postman running the economy? Much like that fool Prescott who was a skivvy on a ship and they made him the deputy PM

Good riddance; He is way out of his depth in that position. I mean if, and I really do mean "if" Labour did win another majority election, would anyone in their right mind want this person running the country's finances?
Its the equivalent of asking the street sweeper to do your tax return!
Ed ***** though? Really? They are scraping the barrel. One rung above Harriet Harman. Seriously, who votes for thse incumbents into office? Are those who live in Peckham who voted for her one brain cell short of being retarded?

Was it a belief that the Conservatives would be good for the country, or actually a belief that another Labour term would be the final nail in the coffin for the country?
As for the subject, Johnson was an inexplicable choice for chancellor (did he even pass the 11+ ) and then the toad ***** is a step backwards from a party that claims to be moving on from New Labour. How on earth can ***** criticise government fiscal policy when of all people he is inextricably linked to all of Labour's poor decision-making that got us in this hole in the first place?

AFAIK it was the bunch of idiots who were fed up with New Labours promise that 'Things, will only get better' when in fact, 'Things, are going down the sh1thole' would have been more realistic.(Although, I have to agree, the current incumbents are not much better than the last bunch of inbreds. Why not give Richard Branson, Philip Green and Alan Sugar a go at running the country.....(and you need Willie Walsh in the cabinet) like a business instead of the charity it currently is.)

So - His bodyguard has been doing to his Mrs what Liebour did to the country thru their term in office. Oh Joy, That's sweet justice right there. Useless Fvcker in more than one sense then
