going mad please help. I've had a lg pk350 plasma for about a month and when i first got it my samsung dvd surround sound worked fine. I had to move the tv to paint my living room and when i connecting everything back up it stopped working.

I have hdmi from the tv to the dvd surround and opitcal from sky to the surround sound but no luck with getting the sound to work. This used to work fine.

If i play a dvd its works fine. I also tried today connecting the tv to the surround sound with the opitcal lead and still no luck.

I hope this is something simple and I need to turn something on.

Any ideas ?

When you are selecting your source I.e tv, sat. Are you pointing the amp to use the optical inputs? UnPlugging it might of reset the setup options

On my Samsung Cinema setup you need to be selecting DI1 or DI2 (Digital Inputs) using the AUX button, depending on which input your optical cable comes from your sky box into the Samsung, otherwise you will just get blueray/dvd/usb sound.... hope that makes sense.

All working I needed to turn hdmi off in the dvd setup screen.
