Default Xenon flash not working on phone

Do they just wear out or would it have been dropped/ gone underwater at sometime ( got it off ebay )
?

Daft question but never know? Has it been turned on in the settings?

Which phone is it?

Also some phones won't use flash under a certain battery level

original viewty , i think iv attempted every conceivable combination of settings

- the light sensor comes 'on' looming red , and then theres no flash even in pitch dark



,tried straight after a charge too

Sounds knackered then; they might go a bit dim over time but are unlikely to just stop working unless there's a specific fault

its a 3 year old camera phone made in sweat shops by kids, i know lg build a finite life into products ( how else do you ensure people continually buy products) and you expect it to last after 3 years, not a chance pal, its fubar'd!

yeh i guess ,

i took a hammer to the last one out of frustration , do you know it took a solid minute before it keeled over ( you wont get that with your modern cack )

and the flash was still working perfectly

these bulbs are known to heat up & burn out if used as a "torch" rather than a flash light.

In my x1 they are known to burn the vibrating motor up with the heat.
