Remember that at the time. 4 mths in jail....don't think he was actually convicted of causing the girls death???
That's always been a bad point with the law when someone would plead guilty to careless driving and only get a fine even though someone died.
Think they've introduced death by careless at least now.
And you imagine that if the above story happened to you, you would top the guy when he came out of jail!!

Sounds good to me.
And as for Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, where are the vigilantes when you need them?

A point to think about. If it had been a judge's daughter/son he'd killed, would have have still got 4 months?

I doubt it very much. They live in a different world, if it doesn't affect them, they couldn't care less. IMO anyway.

I don't get it.They seem to be judging him on what happened after the event!
If I commit a crime it dosen't matter what I do afterwards,it's what I did at the time of the offence.

It is always a risk when you drive a car that you may hurt or kill somebody, even if it isnt your fault and someone who ends up in that situation has almost as much sympathy as the breaved, an awful thing to happen that nobody really gets over if thery are remotely human, but this is so, so different.

This guy was here as a guest, seeking our mercy as a country to save him from a repressive regime where, by the very nature of Asylum he was fearing for his life. So as a reward to the British citizens who offered him sanctury he decided to break the rules and that the public transport system in this country, walking or a Bicycle were not good enough for him so drove a car illegally and had been caught before for so doing and then killed a young girl while being disqualified, he then tried to avoid the consequences by driving away and leaving her dead or dying in the road.

Imagine one of your own kids lying there, mortally injured, tossed aside like so much rubbish by someone so callous they want to get away.

No, I dont think he should still be here, I think if it was my child he had killed I would make sure he dissapeared.

Honestly just WTF is going on in this country??

This f,ing pleb Killed a little girl, left her dying under the wheels of his car before he fcuked off away from the scene of the crime, didnt have a license, so no insurance either, and was here illegally, and was awarded for his crimes by gaining asylum?

Those two judges should get the bloodt sack for their lack of competence, ******* do gooders make me sick!

Red face East Lancashire death crash driver wins asylum bid

http://www.blackburncitizen.co.uk/ne...ns_asylum_bid/

He was driving while disqualified and without insurance when he ran the girl over and left her trapped under the car to die - he then ran away from the scene!

beggars belief - deporting him will affect his human rights - who cares!

I do not want scum like this in this country - he has no chance of ever getting employment with his record so the tax payer has to support him and his family - this really sends out the right messages - you can illegally come here kill a kid and you can still stay - courtesy of the tax payer - FFS!

It's almost like these judges just want to see how far they can push us.

I too would kill the ****** if it were one of my children. It is a long way beyond a sick joke that this disgusting piece of **** is left alive let alone enjoying liberty in our country.

Having just seen an interview with the bereaved father on Sky news I can only imagine that his calm collected manner belies the fact that he will see his justice done. I do hope so.

Yeah the system is a joke in this country. They just prefer money instead from speed cameras and parking tickets.

Thanks

Yep. Drug dealing scumbag. Staying here becasue he's such a family man... yeah right. Sooner we abolish the rights bill the better. Hope the lawyers involved also punch themselves in the face. They are no better, sorry but they have not done anyone any good with this.

Yes he ran away instead of attempting to help the little girl who he ran over! How would you feel if someone did that to your daughter?

He had been convicted of criminal offences before he had his driving licence removed, he was uninsured, what sort of allowances do you want to make for a man like that?

Would you expect it to be very likely that when he has served whatever sentence he gets, that he will commit similar offences all over again?

Les
