Umm, looks on par with Kirkby Palm's Jaguar book (although that is free and without the advertising twaddle).
Probably a load of cut and pasted information; some of which is valid and some of which a bunch of old wives tales and not proven or substantiated. In other words, its only as good as the author.
Also the American style advertising sets off the BS alarm; If it was so good, it wouldn't need a page the length of a giraffe's neck to tout it.
