Dancing Skeleton puppet.
Not amazing in itself, but the practice and skill of the puppeteer to make it as entertaining as it is is brilliant IMO the dancing after the song is funny too.
Not sure if it's a SIAL.

That will have taken a lot of practice to do that 
Hopefully he will earn a few pennies from doing this...far better than our street entertainers around here
