A wonderful music source but I see they have tightened the rules 
Limited to 20 free hours per month or you have to pay up. Now I am not flush at the moment and so would like to avoid this if I can.
So - two questions: -
1) If I open Spotify will the clock be ticking as long as the programme is open or only when I am actually playing a tune?
2) Could I open another free account using a different e-mail address on the same PC?
