New Metropolitan Line Tube Trains

Ok loads will say im a train spotting boring idiot but who cares.

had a little surprise yesterday when i walked onto the platform to find one of the brand new met line trains waiting. anyone who uses the tube frequently will know how over-due these new trains are , and how desperately needed they are.

the lower floor, higher ceiling, bigger windows makes for a really pleasant ride. as does the whole train being fully air conditioned.

but the biggest plus side is the new walk-through carraiges, with the bendy bit.

now lets see how long it is until the vandalising scum ruin them!!!!!!!

I had the same experience getting on a London Overground train last weekend, shocked to see such open plan, they however have hanging straps so not all is lost.

Nice to see things moving forwards finally for public transport.

Ps glad I'm not the only nerd that was impressed by them lol
