Beggars Belief i hope she looses next time in court and is deported the following day!
She has no right to be here after what she has done yet another who comes here to commit crimes and expects to stay.
About time some examples where made and she can be one of them!

Sorry, but I don't think you lot are barking up the right tree. The problem is here:
"She was punished with fines, community punishment orders, a community rehabilitation order and suspended prison sentences."
The fact she is of foreign origin is not the issue, the fact that she has not been given one proper sentence for her crimes is. Same thing happens every day with the indigineous scum from this country and they can't be deported, but they can and should be properly sentenced.

Thats what needs to be stopped, why are we lining the pockets of none nationals and anyone they care to sneak in with them?

She does not deserve the right to stay in the UK and we need to start setting/making examples and stopping more of the same!
We managed to keep law and order without europes intervention for hundreds of years and i do not see how their meddling is helping build a better society - move her to Brussels and see how they like it!

No. the problem is she is here almost illegally, the marriage would have been arranged and a sham, she would have paid a couple of grand for it, she funded this by theiving, she has no intent on getting a proper job and will take the pi55 benefits wise till her dying day all while being entitled to it, all cos of a false marriage.

Two wrongs do not make a right deal with the home grown scum as well. This woman has more than shown contempt and disregard for this country its laws and its people and keeps committing crimes - 19 she has been charged with. Rights and responsibilities yet again!

the answer to this sort of problem is simple .
CHANGE THE RULES
you are more than welcombe to come to this country mr/mrs immigrant
however if you dont have or want a job the only benefits you will recieve are what you would get in your own country IE **** ALL that would stop them coming here overnight in one foul swoop job done

Sort out our own home grown scum AND Deport any settlers on the first, or at the very least third offence (three strikes and your out).
Catch 22 is her kids were probably born here, so are now seen as "British"
Spain has this problem with Romanians and Moroccans.
