Question for those who know TV specs please.
Hoping someone could do me a favour with some advice. Looking to buy a 22 inch tv for the bedroom with a built in DVD player that does divx.
Found this Toshiba on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Toshiba-22DV...096573&sr=1-36
Currently has an additional 10% off the reduced £199 price - so down to £179 (I'll then shove it through my business as a 'monitor', so another 21% off, real cost will then be £141).
However, whilst a techie when it comes to PC's and mobile devices, TV's aren't something I've been into so don't currently know what a decent enough spec is.
This one is listed as:
22DV713B Combi; HD Ready; Freeview; 22"; 1366x768 pixel; 5 ms; 16:9; 400cd/m2; HDMI/USB/Scart; DVD player; Black.
Given that I'm not wanting to spend much, is this spec ok? The reviews on the page moan about the EPG, but it's not something we're going to watch everynight, so not that big an issue for me.
Don't suppose anyone who has perhaps just bought the same sort of box has any other recommendations?
Many thanks
Richard.

That's good if it's just for the bedroom mate. I used to be a tv Engineer afew years ago. If it's going on the wall make sure it's at the right angle. Otherwise when it's a dark picture you will see nothing. If it's for the living room, Panasonic, Sony, LG, Sharp and Philips were the top ones for not going wrong. Some will go wrong, like cars. You always get the odd bad one.
