At the moment my phone line and broadband are with BT. I got a call from 02 (my current mobile provider) offering me a deal on phone line and broadband that is quite a bit cheaper for what seems like an identical package.

What are 02 line in terms of after sales service should there be a problem with the phone line etc?

Any reason why I shouldn't swap over?

No reason not to switch over, I have. Broadband is consistently quicker, and I'm saving shedloads

Go for it, no point in not changing, doubt BT can match it and you get discount for already being an O2 customer
