Right thats it i carnt look at it on the drive now , ive gota drive it again ..

Been on my drive 3 years with only a quick spin around the block , im going to send it for mot ....... if it fails at least its only 40 quid , got some new bits on it now , so should be ok .

Yes

Keep looking at them on Pistonheads as I do miss it. But baby on the way so it's not really practical (as can't afford to run 2 cars).

we are thinking of selling the missis scooby so she can get a newer one so at least she can use a car if her scooby sells ..

well it got parked up in 2007 then got the scooby .........

due yo water leak on my feet

so new heater matric fitted , radiator , water pipe below crank pully geniune pug one for a bargin price of 1 pound hahaha coz someone carnt spell . new antiroll bar links , rear shocks , just need a pass headlight ... and brakes cleaning up ....

it was fully rebuilt in 2005 by a chap down the road from me costing £245

it all moves ect ..... it has a chance brake biased valve still free ...

Coincidence

My son is taking my 17 year old 205 for MoT tomorrow in NI. Actually a re-test as it failed first time around on brakes (corroded pipes). But not GTi I'm afraid but 1.9 td with 180k on clock. Fingers crossed. dl

Used to have one the same. Miami blue, 1.9, full leather, power steering. Had a star chip fitted. Awesome car. Would love another. Don't sell it as these are the special editions.

ive just found all the paperwork , and original reciept of purchase in 1989 .... its got abs to ans a sunroof that dont leak ..

Wow, such a nice car.

I had 2 1.6s and a 1.9 in the past. Almost bought a proper Turbo Technics Sorrento Green 1.9 years ago but chucked sense out the window and bought an Impreza. I think there were only two.

Had a turbo technics that I spent thousands on back in the day. Won plenty of shows with it and unlike today's show cars the 205 went like stink as well.
