Overtaken by a ..... KIA Picanto?!!
Now I will set the scene....
A long wide road, no houses just a farm. The junction ahead by the farm is being modified, therefore it has three way lights.
I am approaching the lights travelling just above the speed limit maybe 32.
Anyhow, I seethis idiot right up my bumper in a car so small I can barely see it, I can sense his urgency to go past, but as I live around the corner, I know these three way lights are at the end of the road, and stand a good chance of being on red.
So, I slow down, then he goes past.
His car is screaming as he nails it to get past me, only to then be faced with the red light ahead of him
I approach and sit behind him and simply let the window down, wiggle my little finger at him, followed by a slightly ruder hand gesture.
He sat very calmly at the lights, but I could see his motor mouth going for gold in the mirror. Then, as he went to pull off he stalled, so I merilly drove past, and gave him the
finger.
He didn't look impressed. Shouldn't be a **** then.

Great story
Sadly yesterday was no fun for me. I stood for what seems like ages at the side of the M25 after witnessing a LHD artic pull out into a van and t-bone it right in front of me. It was a poigniant reminder to me of just how fragile vehicles are and how quickly an accident can unfold. I gave my details to the wombles when they turned up and was sent on my way. Amazingly it looks like nobody was too seriously hurt.

'Tyres and Tarmac' - Frank Minton aka my driving instructor! His little slogans still stick in my head.

I dont think you even need the hand gestures , he knows what hes done
Its quite intresting to see the number of drivers of late tailgate you on approach to a 30
, and then overtake - im guessing theyre assuming that all scameras are now defunct

As with you, my driving instructor just said 'make sure you can see their rear wheels on the road'. Easy peasy ......
