Speed Cameras - how many are bright yellow ?

Press release

Months later, the only camera I have seen painted in bright yellow ( box only, not post ) is the one pictured in the press release above
This camera is on the Embankment in London, close to Parliament
Nice short walk for media events, and no danger of the cash cow of speed cameras being impacted

All the ones in Staffordshire that I've seen have a day-glo strip of yellow stuck to the back.
Works well, apart from the ones hidden behind hedges or roadsigns ie Hints on the A5 heading for the M42.

There were a bunch on the M6 roadworks, just South of Preston that were painted bright yellow. Unfortunately just about every other bit of hardware around the roadworks was also painted yellow.
Strange that, choosing a colour that is hard to spot

There's one with a yellow head on the Embankment in London.
There are also several around Espom/Ewell in Hants that are painted scenery green. They are all fairly new.

By the A10 on the M25 the cameras set-up in the roadwork area (50 mph) a covered in something that reacts very well with headlights. I have only ever seen them at night but they light up like beacons.
Even that didn't stop the X5 that had been sitting on my bumper, double flash as he tore past (after I found a space to move over into). There is no helping some people.

They still havn't painted the gatsos in Scotland yellow yet as our fantastic parliament, in their infinite wisdom, have decided the move could be seen as free publicity for the SNP (they're the yellow ones up here).
