One person now missing

With a bit of luck, the roll call system will have broken down and he has been off site since the incident, instead of missing in the process unit.

Thankfully since the early '70s, the chemical industry is a relatively safe place to work. That is why events like this are so tragic.

Hopefully as you says its just a roll call error. I work at Grangemouth and thankfully in my time there have only been involved in one small incident and thankfully it wasnt a fire.

Aaaaaah, that's bad. What a waste of life. 24, he'd hardly started.

Hope so - I live near 2 refineries and the stories I've heard about what goes on makes me wonder how there hasn't been a serious explosion since the early 80s.

The last 4 photos are mine and he has stolen them as he has not taken them himself, gc8wrx get a life and jog on these are my photos and were taken by myself, I have billed people before for use of my work and will do it again and the law is behind me, and if taken to court I will win, so who wants to try this in court ?

Sorry there on his photobucket site! Why is it so hard for people to ask for use now days before taking things ? Swisstony please check first as theft of copyright is something I can do about it, but this is between me and the poster.

Explain why these photos being on here affect you? Can you prove they are yours? Where have you posted them for him to get hold of them?

Azz250478 I would not just come on here saying please remove someone else photos as I would not care? I have been paid very well for the photos I have taken as I was the only photographer that close to the stack at coryton refinery before the 5 mile no go zone was put in place, they only went to media who had paid for single use of the photos, and even the refinery bought the photos as they could see where the leak had started.

But how is it affecting you? they where only hosted in photo bucket so he could post on here, they must already be in the public domain for him to have them

He is not selling them or using them for personal gain, so what is the problem with them being on here? Are they not owned by whoever you sold them to?

No I still own the photos the media/people they were sold too only paid for single use and if they wanted to use again they will pay for what they want to use them for, on here make it easy for people to take and use without permission that's why I wanted them removed, I could have been a total ****** and just billed him for use like most photographers would have done! As they would have said it's theft of there work and that's it's they don't care where it comes from it you that have posted them so it that person who has breached copywrite. It like me taking something of yours and not paying for it!
