My Sony head unit went t*ts up last weekend, finally took it out and checked external fuses and opened it up to see if there where any internal one - not a fuse!

Unit is 10 month old approx. I could not for the life of me find the manuals or the box or the reciept which i tend to leave in the box for safe keeping, i usually keep ths stuff for a while but god alone knows what i have done with them - DOH!

Took it back to Halfords today, the girl on the till gave me the "we will send it away for repair" company policy line. I asked to speak to a manager who very politely and positively swapped it without any grief or palava.

Nice one Halfords!
