Are these 200*100*50 pavers? You will need 50 per square meter. I am getting 4000 to match our existing drive for 1350.00. Most people seem to be quoting between 10.00 and 18.00 per square meter for laying. You will need 2400 pavers so probably a grand for materials and maybe 500 quid for labour. UK prices could be higher though. You can get really really cheap red pavers (12p each) watch out for these cos the dye in them is crap and they fade to a variety of grey or white in a year. (My neighbour put down a load of these last year )

Had my drive blocked paved at xmas
Cost £26 per sq mtr parts and labour plus £100 for 2 of the block paving type manhole covers
Block size (in mm's) 200x100x60
As yours is for a patio the 50mm thick block's will do, otherwise use 60mm or 80mm for drives
I had a pattern done using 4 diff colour blocks...looks real good
