Ebay Question Again
Some ***** bid and won my car I had for sale.Now he is saying that the sale of his car fell through and cant buy mine
Been in touch with the other bidder as there were 2 bidding on it and he has now bought another car....................
Where do I stand now what can i do??????

Legally, he bid, he won therefore he bought it unless the item is not as described. You could take it through the courts but I am sure if it was me I would find something that wasn't as described (mileage for example) hence making the sale void
However if he hasn't got the money then good luck to ya, file a non paying report, you get your fees back and start again
