I know, Jamie, some people believe that any mention of death somehow means that a sense of humour is suddenly a massively offensive thing
RIP to wee Gary, he got handed a pretty cruddy deck and still made a heck of a lot more than alot of people do with their lives

The guy just died and so I found "your mustard joke" a little bit crass and cringeworthy and so I responded as such. I have no idea what Michael Jsckson has to do with this. I think the best thing you can do is review my responses to your "quips" in the "cold light of day"
Some posters on here taught me to be more tolerant and less judgemental about celebs in the public eye. I liked his work as "like you" I grew up in the 70's/80's and so I found your joke disrespectful considering the timing.
I hope that clarifies it for you

Everyday, people die. There are people you will never know, or have known that have died, and have had more influence on your life than Gary Coleman ever could .
Do we see RIP 'another poor lad steps on a landmine in iraq' theads, no.
By all means, post RIP's for celebreties, but get off the soap box when the inevitable gags roll in.

RIP willis' litte bros, an iconic catch phrase probably used at the very least once by everyone over 25
"What you talking 'bout, Willis?"
I always laugh when I see the "did you know them ?" arguments. I'm still waiting for the day when someone will say, yeah actually I did you heartless b@stards!
