My friend is in a little bit of a pickle atm. He needs to order something from the states for his gfs b'day. Only issue is that the US company will only deliver to a US address.

We've found some services that will let the US company ship to them, and then forward it on to us. However, we have no idea how reliable they are. We don't want the item to go missing, so would like to use someone we know will be good......

....so over to you. Who hear is using someone that is good

I've looked into these for buying parts for my Jeep. Can't help you with a specific firm as I haven't used them yet - I want to get a safari roof rack but as you can imagine the shipping cost is way more than the item itself due to weight!

Bongo or myusabox looked favorite.

Thanks for the input. We've found a few places, its just working out if they are legit. I'd hate to order something and then find they keep it. I can only imagine just how much hard work it would be to try and prove who did what!

Hope link lets you see the thread but at least it shows this chap did get Jeep parts from the US.

I would be tempted to mail the sellers/shop first to make sure they are happy with doing things this way. I doubt it would hurt to ask.

Looks like it is quite small, something along the lines of 4". Don't ask me why they don't sell it over here, but its for a mate's gf's 21st. (and why will firefox not let me use my enter key!! Right, restarted and enter key working again.. )

It would be great if you could bring it back, I have no idea how much of a task this will be for you though. Not knowing where you are, and if there are any stores nearby. Someone else was meant to be doing the same for my mate, but he has taken ill, so there are not that many days left before the event (about 3 weeks).
