Politics threads
In light of the up and coming elections. It has been put to me that all politically related threads should be merged in to one single thread for the next month or so.
So those in favour vote yes, those against vote no.....

Most certainly, until a while after the election at least. Foofin fed up with all the bo11ocks spouted by a few (Lewis the prime protagonist).
I enjoy reading the political debates, but he is just soooo tiresome. He won't stop if it's all in one thread but at least you won't come across his baiting on 50% of the threads on the front page of NSR.

Even Better - Just ban the gimp and all his alter ego's for about 2 months. IIRC in his previous incarnation as Lewis he was told not to post on - or start - political threads anyway,

A sensible thread im fine with, but all the "Oh Gordon did this", "Cameron is a loser", "Crime is down", "Profits are up, thanks labour" rubbish belong in a thread called "Political Trumpeting"

Sorry ALi, but to be honest, there are usually more ruddy phone threads than political ones.
I would not think merging them all would really work. Some are good and some a crud

)No I can't, as this would need admin (Stu) to set up. Although if enough people prefer that, then it could be done. Alternatively we could always move all of Pete's posts into muppets.

Snazy ... I've actually been out tonight, had a few drinks with friends and am rather tipsy ... I respectfully suggest you do likewise tomorrow night - then come back and review your posts ..... you may find that they are as **** and boring as mine you complain about
